Narrow-width orchard tractors
New Holland Agriculture of New Holland, Pa., has introduced the T4000F series of narrow-width orchard tractors. The units come as narrow as 58.74 inches with 380/70R20 tires.
The overall cab height has been reduced by 5.2 inches to 85.5 inches, allowing for easier maneuverability under low-hanging branches, according to a new release.
The three models range from 62 to 82 PTO horsepower and come with a choice of three transmissions.
New Holland’s SuperSteer front-wheel-drive axle option provides a turning angle of 76 degrees.
The four-cylinder engines, which are turbocharged and intercooled, meet the Environmental Protection Agency’s Tier III emission standards.
