New Web site features center-pivot information

Valley Irrigation of Valley, Neb., has launched a new Web site for California producers that features its center-pivot and linear-move irrigation systems.

It is found at www.valleyirrigationcalifornia.com, according to a news release.

Among the Web site's features are:

• A conservation tab that shows how center-pivot and linear-move work,

• Researchers who have worked with mechanized irrigation,

• Crop-specific pages with related irrigation information and

• How mechanized irrigation can help salinity problems.
